FAQ

FAQ's

  • Do I need to bring golf balls and tees?

Players are provided custom printed Callaway golf balls so the system can accurately compute ball speed, spin axis, backspin rpm, and side spin rpm. We also provide adjustable tees that work best with our simulators. We now offer custom printed Titleist Pro VI golfballs for purchase for use in the simulators, therefore no outside tees or balls are needed.

  • Can I wear outdoor footwear in the facility?

Outdoor footwear, either sneakers or golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted. No metal spikes please.

  • How long should I make my reservation?

A 9-hole round of golf takes approximately one half hour for 1 person to play. A 9-hole round of golf for two players takes about one hour to play. Four players should be able to complete 9 holes in 2 hours. 18 hole rounds should take one player about 1 hour to play, two players should take 2 hours, three players 3 hours and 4 players 4 hours. If you are using the golf simulator for training purposes, then the amount of time is up to you.

  • How long does it take to play 18 holes of golf in the simulator?

It takes approximately one hour for an individual player to play 18 holes. If you have more than one player, we recommend an additional hour for each player in your group. For example, a foursome would normally book four hours of playing time. There is a maximum of four players per simulator.

  • How is a round of golf charged?

Tee times are charged at an hourly rate per simulator, not per player. Half hour times are available. You can pay at the facility or when booking your tee time online.

  • How far in advance should I book a tee time?

We recommend that you book your tee time 5-7 days in advance. Weekends and evenings are busy, so the earlier you book your time, the better.

  • How much time will I be responsible to pay for- reserved time or used time?

Players are charged for reserved time, regardless of the actual time used. Please reserve your tee time based on the amount of time you would like to play. In case of late cancellations or no shows, you will be charged for the entire reserved time if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Can I cancel my reservation and receive a full refund?

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your tee time to avoid any charges.

  • How early should I arrive for my scheduled tee time?

Golfers should arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of their tee time in order to provide you with enough time to check in and get ready to play. We strive to stay on time.

  • Are children permitted to play?

Yes, Tee Performance Indoor Golf is the ideal place for children to learn how to golf, play great golf courses or experience miniature golf like never before! Our simulators are the perfect place to play in a private setting without the pressure of everyone watching like on a traditional driving range. Playing miniature golf with the family or having a birthday party has never been easier.

  • Can I have a lesson with my own instructor?

Yes, we encourage all golfers to schedule their own tee time and have their instructor or coach accompany them to provide lessons.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverage into the facility?

Yes, we do have tables and chairs at each golf simulator for your comfort and convenience. Please do not eat in the golf simulator. Each simulator location also has a mini refrigerator to hold your beverages. We appreciate you keeping the area clean and ready for use after you leave in consideration for the next guests.

  • Do you sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages?

We currently only have non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
